摘要:
目的：观察小针刀联合手法复位治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。对照组使用单纯手法复位治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用小针刀治疗。比较2组干预后机体炎症细胞因子、临床症状评分的变化情况及临床疗效。结果：肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素1（IL-1）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。颈项部疼痛、头晕头痛及恶心呕吐临床症状评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为94.0%，对照组为80.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：小针刀联合手法复位治疗颈源性头痛，能显著降低机体炎症性细胞因子水平，改善患者临床症状，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate curative effects of small needle knife combined with manipulative reduction in treating cervical headache. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group. The control group used only manipulative reduction, and the observation group small needle knife based on manipulative reduction. Curative effects, the changes of clinical symptoms and inflammatory cytokines of both groups were compared after the intervention. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of TNF-α, IL-1 and hs-CRP between both groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference when the scores of clinical symptoms such as cervical pain, dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting were compared within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the treating(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Small needle knife combined with manipulative reduction in treating cervical headache could remarkably lower the levels of inflammatory cytokines, improve clinical symptoms and curative effects.
