摘要:
目的：观察郑氏“温通针法”治疗气滞血瘀型视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法:将60例气滞血瘀型视神经萎缩患者按1∶1的随机原则分为观察组30例(52眼)和对照组30例(57眼)，对照组口服复明片4～6片，3次/d；灯盏花素50 mg静脉滴注，1次/d。观察组采用郑氏“温通针法”进行治疗，1次/d。2组均以7天为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程。结果：视力前后观察组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组视野显效27眼，好转16眼，无效9眼，有效率为82.69%；对照组视野显效17眼，好转5眼，无效25眼，有效率56.14%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。P100波潜伏期、振幅较治疗前后观察组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：郑氏“温通针法”治疗治疗气滞血瘀型视神经萎缩，能显著提高视力，拓宽视野，改善视觉功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Zheng′s “warming needling method” in the treatment for optic atrophy of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Methods: Sixty patients were allocated to the observation method group (52 eyes) and the control group (57 eyes) according to randomization principle of 1:1, the control group accepted FuMing tablets orally, 4~6 tablets, three times each day; breviscapine, 50 mg, intravenous dripping, once each day. The observation group adopted Zheng′s “warming needling method”, once each day. Seven days were one course, and both groups were treated for four courses. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of vision within the observation group before and after treating (P＜0.05), and the difference was statistically significant in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). There were 27 eyes markedly effective, 16 eyes effective, nine eyes ineffective, and the effective rate of the observation group was 82.69%; there were 17 eyes markedly effective, five eyes effective, 25 eyes ineffective, and the effective rate of the control group was 56.14%, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of latent period and amplitude of P100 wave within the observation group (P＜0.05), the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Zheng′s “warming needling method” in the treatment for optic atrophy of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern could notably raise vision, widen visual field and improve visual performance.
