摘要:
目的：观察糖异平对糖耐量减低(IGT)患者糖脂代谢、氧化应激水平的影响及临床疗效。方法：将中医辨证为肝郁脾虚，痰浊瘀滞的IGT患者124例随机分为2组各62例，在坚持饮食控制，加强运动的基础上，治疗组患者口服糖异平10 g/次，每天3次；对照组患者口服拜唐苹50 mg/次，3次/d。2组疗程均为12周，观察2组治疗前后及停药6个月后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及丙二醛(MDA)变化情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗前后及2组治疗后FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc、MDA比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组显效率及总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。服药期间未发生不良反应。结论：糖异平在降低餐后血糖、HbAlc、降脂及氧化应激水平方面效果显著，可有效阻止IGT向糖尿病形成和发展，且治疗安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of TangYiPing in treating the patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) and its influence on glycolipid and oxidative stress level. Methods: All 124 IGT patients, who were differentiated as liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, phlegm turbidity stagnation pattern, were randomized into two groups, 62 cases each group. Based on diet control and strengthening exercise, the patients in the treatment group took TangYiPing, 10 g each time, three times each day; and the ones in the control group acarbose, 50 mg each time, three times each day. The course was 12 weeks, adverse reaction, the changes of malondialdehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), two hours postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG) and fasting blood glucose (FPG) were observed in both groups before and after treating, and in six months of drug withdrawal. Results: When the levels of FPG, 2 hPG, HbAlc and MDA were compared before and after treating in the treatment group, between both groups after treating, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); the treatment group was higher than the control group in markedly effective rate and total effective rate(P＜0.05). No adverse reaction happened in the medication course. Conclusion: TangYiPing could effectively intervene the development of IGT, it shows notable effects in lowering 2 hPG, HbAlc, decreasing the lipid and oxidative stress level, and it could effectively prevent IGT developing into diabetes mellitus, which is safe and effective.
