摘要:
对于咳嗽，马骥认为无论是内感还是外伤，其基本病机皆是肺失宣降；辨证施治从“风”“热”“痰”入手，以清热解毒、宣肺理气为基本治则。
Abstract:
With regard to cough, Ma Ji thought that its basic pathogenesis was lung failing in dispersing and descending whether it′s caused by internal damage or exogenous pathogenic factor; he differentiated and treated cough by starting with "wind", "heat" or "phlegm", took heat-clearing detoxifying, lung-dispersing Qi-regulating as basic therapeutic principles.
