摘要:
目的：观察小儿开胃增食合剂治疗小儿脾胃不和型厌食症的临床疗效。方法：将脾胃不和型厌食症患儿120例随机分为治疗组、西药对照组、中药对照组各40例，治疗4个疗程。观察各组患儿治疗前后全血微量元素、症状积分变化情况及临床疗效。结果：3组患儿的全血微量元素治疗后均升高，治疗组升高最为明显；3组患儿的症状积分均减少，治疗组减少最明显，3组总有效率分别为：92.5%、82.5%、80.0%。结论：小儿开胃增食合剂能够纠正脾胃不合型小儿的脾胃功能，是治疗小儿脾胃不和型厌食症的有效方剂。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of infantile appetizing mixture in treating the children with anorexia of spleen-stomach disharmony pattern. Methods: All 120 children were randomized into the treatment group, the control group of western medicine and the control group of herbs, 40 cases each group, and they were treated for four courses. Curative effects, the changes of symptom scales and trace elements in blood of the patients were observed before and after treating. Results: The levels of trace elements in blood raised in the children of three groups, the raise of the treatment group was the most obvious; symptom scales of the children in three groups reduced, the decrease of the treatment group was the most obvious, total effective rates of three groups were 92.5%, 82.5% and 80.0% respectively. Conclusion: Infantile appetizing mixture could correct the function of spleen and stomach of the children, and it's the effective prescription for treating anorexia of spleen-stomach disharmony pattern.
