摘要:: 目的：通过分析患者对就诊医院的信任度及其相关影响因素，探索提高患者信任水平的措施，以改善我国医患关系现状。方法：以问卷调查方法获取相关数据，构建患者信任度影响因素结构方程模型。结果：发现医患沟通因素(P＜0.001)、社会舆论因素(P＜0.001)和医院环境因素(P=0.001)对患者信任水平有显著影响；医院规章制度因素和医院费用因素对患者信任水平影响不显著。结论：营造良好社会舆论、加强医患沟通、建立良好的医院环境和完善医院规章制度等，有利于提高患者对医院的信任水平，改善医患关系。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the measures of improving the credibility of the patients by analyzing the patients′ trust level to the visited hospital and the related influencing factors, to improve current state of doctor-patients relationship in our country. Methods: Structural equation model (SEM) for the influencing factor of the credibility of the patients was established after the related data was obtained by questionnaire. Results: It was found that doctor-patient communication factor (P＜0.001), social opinion factor (P＜0.001) and hospital environment factor (P＜0.001) had significant influence on the patients′ credibility; the factors of hospital regulations and rules, hospital cost showed no significant influence on the level of credibility of the patients. Conclusion: Creating a sound public opinion, enhancing doctor-patient communication, establishing a good hospital environment and perfecting hospital regulations and rules and others are helpful to improve the patients′ credibility to hospital and doctor-patients relationship.
