摘要:
目的：观察自拟方治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法：将96例患儿按照门诊号随机分为观察组和对照组，2组均给予避免过敏原，改变血管脆性、脱敏等常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予自拟方加减治疗；5天为1个疗程，共治疗10天。采用《过敏性紫癜治疗指南》拟定疗效标准判定总有效率，治疗后第5、7、10天观察皮肤紫癜例数、各组在治疗后分别检测血清白介素12(IL-12)、白介素8(IL-8)含量。结果：治疗2个疗程以后观察组总有效率为93.75％，对照组为79.17％，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；紫癜消退2组在第7、10天差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后IL-12含量差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，IL-8含量比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：加减自拟方治疗小儿过敏性紫癜具有较好的临床疗效，其机制可能与抑制IL-12分泌有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of selfmade prescription in treating pediatric Henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP). Methods: All 96 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the outpatient No., both groups accepted routine treatment of avoiding sensitizin, improving fragility of blood vessels, antianaphylaxis and others, the observation group were given modified selfmade prescription based on routine treatment; five days were one course, for ten days. Total effective rate was assessed by the drafted standard of clinical effect in treatment guidelines for allergic purpura, the number of the cases of purpura were observed at the fifth, seventh and tenth day after treating, the contents of IL-12 and IL-8 in the children were detected after treating. Results: After two courses, total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, higher than 79.17% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); there were the significant differences in the comparisons of purpura disappearing time at the seventh day and tenth day; the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the contents of IL-12 after treating(P＜0.05), and the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the contents of IL-8(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Modified selfmade prescription could gain better clinical effects in treating pediatric HSP, which might be related to inhibiting the secretion of IL-12.
