摘要:
目的：观察药物拇指罐结合艾灸治疗产后风湿的疗效。方法：将产后风湿患者36例采用随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组各18例。对照组患者采用补中益气汤治疗，观察组患者采用药物拇指罐结合艾灸治疗。10天为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为94.4%，高于对照组的72.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：药物拇指罐结合艾灸治疗产后风湿疗效优于补中益气汤。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of drug thumb jar and moxibustion in treating postpartum rheumatism. Methods: All 36 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group by random grouping method, the control group took BuZhong YiQi decoction while the observation group adopted drug thumb jar and moxibustion. Ten days were one course, clinical effects were observed in two courses. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%, higher than 72.2% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Drug thumb jar and moxibustion in treating postpartum rheumatism are superior to BuZhong YiQi decoction.
