摘要:
目的:观察针刀治疗背肌筋膜炎的近期临床疗效。方法:将84例患者分为针刀组和针刺组，每组42例。针刀组根据经筋理论采用针刀治疗，每3日1次，4次为1疗程;针刺组采用针刺治疗，每日1次，10次为1疗程。评定治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟(VAS)评分及总体疗效。结果:治疗后2组VAS分值均有下降，且针刀组均低于针刺组，2组组内及组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率针刀组为95.2%，针刺灸组为76.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:针刀治疗背肌筋膜炎，可有效缓解近期疼痛，其疗效优于常规针刺治疗者。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of needle-knife in treating fasciitis dorsi in short-term period. Methods: All 84 patients were randomized into the needle-knife group and the needling group 42 cases each group. The needle-knife group accepted needle-knife according to meridian muscle therapy, once every three days, four times were one course; the needlling group used the needling, once each day, ten times were one course. Total effects and VAS of the patients were assessed before and after treating respectively. Results: VAS of both groups after treating reduced, and the needle-knife group was lower than the needlling group, and the differences had statistical meaning within and between two groups(P＜0.05). The efficiency of the needle-knife group was 95.2%, higher than 76.2% of the needlling group, clinical effects of the needle-knife group were superior to these of the needlling group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needle-knife in treating fasciitis dorsi could effectively relieve short-term pain of the patients, its effects are superior to these of conventional needle therapy.
