摘要:
目的：总结新疆维吾尔自治区中医药和民族医药传统知识的调查研究工作，分析新疆地区中医药、民族医药传统知识的存续情况和特点。方法：纳入符合标准的107个传统知识项目，分析项目特点、项目持有人基本情况和特征。结果：107个传统知识项目以单验方为主，约占69.18%，其次为传统诊疗技术，约占28.03%；传统制剂方法约占2.80%；项目持有人的年龄30～60岁者占60.42%，60岁以上者占39.58%，30岁以下者没有；72.92%的项目持有人有执业资格，本科以上学历占10.42%。结论：新疆维吾尔自治区中医药、民族医药传统知识丰富，具有鲜明的民族及地域特点，但是也存在部分传承人年龄大、学历低、无合法执业资格等问题。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the investigation work and results of traditional Chinese medicine in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and traditional knowledge of the medicine of the ethnic groups, analyze their survival situation and characteristics. Methods: A total of 107 projects were finally included which met the inclusion criteria, the features and basic conditions of project holders and the characteristics of the projects were analyzed. Results: Among 107 projects, single empirical formulae are the main ones, which occupied 69.18%, the next were traditional diagnostic skills, which held 28.03%, the method of traditional preparation held around 2.80%; the project holder aged between 30 and 60 years, holding 60.42%, the holder older than 60 years holding 39.58%, and there was no holder younger than 30 years; 72.92% project holders held the practicing requirements and 10.42% of the holders with bachelor’s degree or above. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region and traditional knowledge of the medicine of the ethnic groups are more abundant, showing the distinct national and regional features, while the problems of part of holders existed including aging, lower level background education, no rational practicing requirements and others.
