摘要:
目的：分析国内小儿中医体质研究现状，探讨发展趋势。方法：以中国知网(CNKI)数据库、万方、重庆维普全文数据库(VIP)为资料来源，检索1949年10月1日至2015年12月31日发表的小儿中医体质文献并进行计量学分析。结果：小儿中医体质文献数量近5～10年呈快速增长趋势，覆盖多个学科领域，涉及多个研究方向，广东、北京、辽宁等地处于领先地位。结论：对小儿中医体质的研究逐年发展，但尚存在研究热点不均、特色缺乏、科研投入不足等缺陷。未来应进一步扩大研究方向和病种，加强科研投入。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the survey of TCM constitutions of the children and discuss the trend of the development. Methods: CNKI WanFang and VIP were chosen as the source of the data, to perform bibliometrics analysis of the literature of infantile TCM constitutions. Results: The papers about TCM constitutions of the children boomed in the recent five to ten years, covering the fields of many disciplines, involving many research directions, the studies in Guangdong, Beijing, Liaoning and others were in the lead. Conclusion: The study of TCM constitutions of the children has developed year by year, while the problems such as uneven research hotspots, lacking infantile features, insufficient scientific research input and others existe. Research direction and disease categories should be further expanded in the further, scientific research input should be enhanced.
