摘要:
目的：观察妇炎宁汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将104例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组52例。2组均给予抗生素常规治疗，观察组同时服用妇炎宁汤，共治疗3个月经周期，比较2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后血黏稠度、血小板聚集率等血液流变学指标，血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素23(IL-23)等炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为96.15%，对照组为80.76%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血小板聚集率和血黏稠度治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。IL-6、TNF-α及IL-23水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：妇炎宁汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著，可有效改善血液流变学指标及炎症状态。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of FuYanNing decoction joined with antibiotics in treating chronic pelvic inflammation (CPI). Methods: A total of 104 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 52 cases each group. Both groups were given antibiotics, the observation group took FuYanNing decoction, the changes of the levels of the inflammatory factors including IL-23, TNF-α, IL-6, hemorheological indexes including blood viscosity, platelet aggregation rate and others before and after treating and clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%, higher than 80.76% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-23 within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: FuYanNing decoction joined with antibiotics are effective in treating CPI, which could improve hemorheological indexes and inflammatory state effectively.
