摘要:
目的：分析规范化管理措施对静脉治疗护理质量的影响。方法：纳入34名护理人员为研究对象，并根据实施规范化管理措施的情况将2015年10月至2016年10月行静脉治疗的68例患者分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组给予常规静脉治疗护理，观察组给予规范化管理。比较2组护理人员理论及技能评分、护理质量评分；对比2组患者满意度与并发症和不良反应发生率。结果：实施规范化管理前后护理人员静脉治疗理论知识评分、技能考核评分和患者满意程度评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。实施规范化管理前后正确给药、穿刺工具、高危药物、感染控制、管道管理和维护、职业防护等护理质量评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。并发症和不良反应发生率2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：静脉治疗规范化管理措施大大提高了静脉治疗护理人员的护理质量，为患者的治疗提供了安全保障。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the effects of standardized management measures on nursing quality of intravenous therapy. Methods: All 34 nurses were included, according to the conditions of implementing standardized management measures, 68 patients who accepted intravenous therapy from October, 2015 to October, 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group accepted conventional intravenous therapy, and the observation group standardized management. The incidences of adverse events, the complications after treating and satisfaction degrees were compared between both groups, the scores of nursing quality, theoretical and skills scores of the nurses were compared between both groups. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of theoretical knowledge scores, skill assessment scores of the nursing staffs and satisfaction degrees scores of the patients before and after implementing standardized management (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the scores of nursing quality including correct administration, puncture tools, high risk medicine, infection control, tube management and maintaining, professional safeguard and others before and after implementing standardized management (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of the incidences of the complications and adverse reactions between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Standardized management of intravenous therapy could rapidly improve nursing quality of nursing staffs, which could provide safeguard for the therapy of the patients.
