摘要:
目的：探讨呼吸训练配合健康教育及穴位按摩对支气管炎患儿遵医行为及血气分析指标的影响。方法：将102例支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组52例和对照组50例，对照组给予支气管常规护理，观察组给予规范的健康教育和呼吸训练指导，并进行穴位按摩。比较2组干预半年后的遵医情况、血气分析及复发率。结果：按医嘱服药率、避免被动吸烟率、避免过敏原率、预防感染率、合理饮食率、定期复查率2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血氧饱和度（SaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）和氧分压（PaO2）治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。复发率观察组为11.5%，对照组为42.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：呼吸训练配合健康教育及穴位按摩可有效提高支气管炎患儿的遵医行为，改善血气分析，降低复发率。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of respiratory training, health education, acupoints massage on the compliance behavior and the indexes of blood gas analysis of the children suffering bronchitis. Methods:All 102 children were randomized into 52 cases of the observation group and 50 cases of the control group, the control group accepted bronchial conventional care while the observation group were given specific health education and respiratory training guidance, and acupoints massage. The relapse rate, blood gas analysis and the compliance conditions were compared between both groups after they were intervened for six months. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of compliance medication rate, the rate of avoiding passive smoking, the rate of avoiding allergen, infection-prevention rate, diet rate and regular check rate between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of SaO2, PaCO2 and PaO2 within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The relapse rate of the observation group was 11.5%, lower than 42.0% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Respiratory training, health education, acupoints massage could effectively raise the compliance behavior, improve the indexes of blood gas analysis and lower the relapse rate of the children suffering bronchitis.
