摘要:
目的：观察双参宁心颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者184例随机分为对照组(61例)、双参宁心颗粒剂治疗组(颗粒剂治疗组，62例)和双参宁心汤剂治疗组(汤剂治疗组，61例)。对照组予降脂、抗凝等西医常规治疗，两治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上分别加用双参宁心颗粒或汤剂进行治疗，观察3组患者症状积分、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、血脂水平、心电图、临床有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后3组患者各症状积分均较治疗前改善(P＜0.05)，且两治疗组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05)，两治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。3组患者治疗后hs-CRP、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白水平下降，而高密度脂蛋白水平上升(P＜0.05)；两治疗组血脂水平、心电图改善情况及临床疗效优于对照组，但两治疗组组间比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)，3组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论：双参宁心颗粒联合西医常规治疗能改善气虚血瘀型稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状及血脂水平，且临床不良反应少。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical effects of ShuangShen NingXin granules in the treatment for stable angina pectoris (SAP). Methods: All 184 SAP patients were randomly allocated to the control group (61 cases), the treatment group of ShuangShen NingXin granules (62 cases) and the treatment group of ShuangShen NingXin decoction (61 cases). The control group accepted conventional regimen of Western medicine such as lowering lipid, anticoa-gulation and others, both of the treatment groups were treated by ShuangShen NingXin granules or decoction, the conditions of adverse reaction, clinical effective rate, ECG, the level of blood lipid, hs-CRP and symptom scores of the patients in three groups were observed. Results: Different symptom scores of three groups after treating improved compared with before treating (P＜0.05), and both of the treatment groups were superior to the control group in the improvements (P＜0.05), and the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups (P＞0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, TG, TC and LDL reduced in three groups after treating, while the level of HDL rose (P＜0.05); the treatment groups were superior to the control group in the levels of blood lipid, the improvements of ECG and clinical effects, while the comparisons between the treatment groups had no obvious difference(P＞0.05). No obvious adverse reaction happened in three groups. Conclusion:ShuangShen NingXin granules combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine could improve clinical symptoms and the levels of blood lipid of SAP patients with minor adverse reaction.
