摘要:
目的：观察大肠俞募合穴埋线结合背部膀胱经和督脉走罐治疗肥胖的临床疗效。方法：将单纯性肥胖患者100例随机分为2组各50例，观察组大肠背俞穴、募穴、下合穴埋线结合背部膀胱经和督脉走罐治疗，对照组单纯采用穴位埋线治疗，埋线每周1次，共12次；走罐每周2次，共24次。观测2组患者体质量、BMI、腹围、全身脂肪含量百分比。结果：2组治疗前后体质量、BMI、腹围、脂肪含量百分比比较均有显著差异(P＜0.05)，观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：大肠背俞穴、募穴、下合穴埋线配合背部督脉、膀胱经走罐疗法在改善单纯性肥胖患者体质量、BMI、腹围、全身脂肪含量百分比方面优于单纯用大肠俞募合穴埋线法。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of catgut implantation at large intestine Shu-Mu combination acupoints and slide cupping along the bladder meridian and governor meridian in treating obesity. Methods: All 100 patients were randomized into two groups, 50 cases each group, the observation group were treated by catgut implantation at front-Mu acupoints, Back-Shu acupoints and lower sea points and slide cupping along the bladder meridian and governor meridian, the control group accepted catgut implantation at acupoints, once each week, for 12 times; cupping, twice each week, all 24 times. Body weight, BMI, abdominal circumference and the percentage of body fat content of the patients were observed and assessed. Results: There was the difference in the comparisons of body weight, BMI, abdominal circumference and the percentage of body fat content before and after treating in both groups (P＜0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Catgut implantation at front-Mu acupoints, Back-Shu acupoints and lower sea points and slide cupping along the bladder meridian and governor meridian are superior to single catgut implantation at large intestine Shu-Mu combination acupoints in improving body weight, BMI, abdominal circumference and the percentage of body fat content of the patients suffering obesity.
