目的:构建“三优一化两协同”的中医学人才临床实践能力培养体系,提升中医学专业学生岗位胜任力,培养合格的中医学人才。方法:通过动态优化实践教学课程体系和教学内容、优化实践教学的师资队伍与教学资源、优化实践教学的方法和手段,以“病种和技能”的“量化”考核为导向,统筹学校与医院、临床医学院与附属医院之间的“一体协同”和“医教协同”发展,构建“三优一化两协同”的中医学人才临床实践能力培养模式,并应用于实践教学中。结果:使学生实践能力、创新创业能力明显提高;办学水平明显提升并通过教育部中医学专业认证。结论:构建“三优一化两协同”的中医学人才临床实践能力培养模式有助于提高中医学专业临床实践教学质量。
- Abstract:

Objective:To raise post competence of TCM-majored students and train qualified TCM talents by constructing clinical practice ability culture system of ″three optimizations, one transformation and two collaborations ″for TCM talents. Methods: Oriented by quantitative assessment of ″disease categories and skills ″, clinical practice ability culture system of ″three optimizations, one transformation and two collaborations ″for TCM talents was constructed and applied to practical teaching by dynamic optimization of practical teaching course system, teaching content, optimizing teaching staffs and resources of practical teaching, the methods and measures of practical teaching, balancing the development of ″integrated collaboration ″and ″medicine and teaching collaboration ″between school and hospital, clinical medical school and affiliation hospital. Results: Students′ practical ability, innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability raised obviously; the level of running a school raised notably and they have obtained TCM professional certification of the ministry of education. Conclusion: Constructing clinical practice ability culture system of ″ three optimizations, one transformation and two collaborations ″ for TCM talents is helpful to raise teaching quality of clinical practice for TCM practice.
