摘要:: 目的：观察仙人掌鲜品联合耳穴压丸治疗大学生轻度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将大学生轻度痤疮患者70例随机分为试验组、对照组各35例，试验组用仙人掌鲜品联合耳穴压丸治疗，对照组用仙人掌鲜品治疗，治疗第1周、第3周和第6周采用痤疮综合分级系统量表(GAGS)评定痤疮皮损程度，应用面部痤疮患者特异性生活质量(Qol-acne)量表评价患者治疗前后生活质量。结果:2组患者痤疮皮损分值均下降，试验组GAGS量表总分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组患者第6周Qol-acne量表得分均高于基线得分，试验组总分差值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:仙人掌鲜品联合耳穴治疗痤疮效果优于单用仙人掌鲜品。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of fresh cactus combined with auricular plaster therapy in treating mild acne in undergraduates. Methods: Seventy patients were randomized into the test group and the control group, 35 cases each group, the test group were treated by fresh cactus combined with auricular plaster therapy, and the control group by fresh cactus. At the first week, the third and sixth week of treating, global acne grading system (GAGS) was adopted to assess skin lesion degrees of acne, Qol-acne was applied to evaluate quality of life of the patients before and after treating. Results: Skin lesions scores of acne in both groups lowered, the test group was lower than the control group in total scores of GAGS, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); at the sixth week, Qol-acne scores of both groups were higher than baseline scores, the test group was higher than the control group in total scores difference, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Fresh cactus combined with auricular plaster therapy in treating acne is superior to only fresh cactus.
