摘要:
目的：观察针刺麻醉联合局部麻醉在慢性鼻窦炎射频消融手术中的应用效果。方法：将慢性鼻窦炎射频消融手术患者90例随机分为2组各45例，对照组应用局部麻醉，研究组应用针刺麻醉联合局部麻醉，比较2组患者麻醉效果以及麻醉安全性。结果：研究组患者治疗后不同时间点血压以及心率优于对照组(P＜0.05)，VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05)，发生气短、心慌以及恶心等不良反应的几率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：慢性鼻窦炎患者射频消融手术治疗中应用针刺麻醉联合局部麻醉效果优于单纯局部麻醉，能提高麻醉安全性。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the application effects of acupuncture anesthesia and local anesthesia to radiofrequency ablation surgery for chronic nasosinusitis. Methods: All 90 patients were randomized into two groups, the control group used local anesthesia, while the experiment group adopted acupuncture anesthesia and local anesthesia, to compare anesthesia effects and the safety between both groups. Results: The experiment group was superior to the control group in blood pressure and heart rate at different time points after treating (P＜0.05), lower than the control group in VAS scores (P＜0.05), lower than the control group in the incidences of panting, palpitation and nausea and others (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Application of acupuncture anesthesia and local anesthesia to radiofrequency ablation surgery is helpful to improve anesthesia safety, and it′s superior to local anesthesia.
