摘要:
从外阴营养不良的证型分类、病因病机和治则治法入手探讨张玉芬教授诊治外阴营养不良的临床经验，指出张玉芬教授将外阴营养不良的证型归纳为湿热下注型、肝肾阴虚型、肾虚血瘀型，采用内外合治法以增强治疗效果，缩短治疗病程。
Abstract:
Professor Zhang Yufeng′s clinical experience of treating vulval dystrophy was elucidated from the syndromes and classifications of vulval dystrophy, the cause and pathogenesis, therapeutic principles and methods, it was pointed out that professor Zhang divided the syndromes of vulval dystrophy into damp-heat invading low energizer, Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, renal deficiency and blood stasis, the combination of internal and external methods could increase therapeutic effects and shorten therapeutic courses.
