摘要:
目的：综述中医外治法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床研究进展,并提出中医外治法治疗单纯性肥胖应注意的问题及今后的发展方向。方法：应用CNKI检索平台，分别以“中医外治法、针刺、拔罐、推拿”等和“肥胖”为检索词。检索近5年有关中医外治法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床研究文献，并进行梳理分析总结。结论：中医外治法治疗肥胖病效果良好，反弹率低。
Abstract:
Objective: To raise the problems and future developmental direction of TCM external therapy in the treatment for simple obesity by reviewing clinical research progress of the treatment. Methods: Using CNKI retrieval platform, "TCM external therapy, acupuncture, cupping, massage and others" and "obesity" were chosen as the terms to search clinical study literature on TCM external therapy in treating simple obesity in the recent five years, and they were arranged, analyzed and summarized. Conclusion:TCM external therapy could obtain notable effects in the treatment for simple obesity with low rebound rate.
