基层严重精神障碍患者管理治疗模式探讨-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的:探讨适合基层地区的严重精神障碍患者的管理方法。方法:通过“国家严重精神障碍信息系统”及月、季度调查结果对金塔县严重精神障碍患者管理情况进行统计分析。结果：严重精神障碍患者自2009年纳入国家基本公共卫生服务规范管理，2014年纳入中央补助地方重大公共卫生服务项目进行管理以来，经过各级公共卫生服务工作者的不懈努力，已经取得了阶段性的成果，患者管理逐步走向规范化。结论：严重精神障碍患者管理是一项需多部门协同配合的系统工程，特别是西部农村地区的严重精神障碍患者管理还需继续完善工作机制，强化监督管理，规范患者的有效治疗，杜绝发生患者危害公共秩序和伤害他人人身安全的行为。

Abstract:: Objective: To discuss the management methods suitable for the patients with severe mental disorder in basic level. Methods: Management conditions of the cases in Jinta county were statistically analyzed using national information system of severe mental disorder, monthly investigation results and quarterly survey results. Results: After included into national basic public health service regulation management in 2009, included into central allowance local public health service project and managed in 2014, and public health service workers′ unremitting effort at all levels, we have obtained phased achievements, and the management of the patients is gradually moving towards standardization. Conclusion: The management of the patients with severe mental disorder is a systematic project which needs many department coordination and cooperation, especially the management of the patients in western countryside needs to perfect the mechanism, strengthen monitoring and management, standardize the effective treatment, stop the behaviors of endangering public order and personal safety.
