摘要:
目的：采用文献计量学的方法分析国内中药外用治疗阴道炎的研究现状，为后续中药相关研究提供理论参考。方法：在中国知网数据库中以“阴道炎”“中药”“带下病”“中药熏洗”“中医药疗法”“Vaginitis”为关键词进行中英文扩展检索。时间：2006—2016年。结果：经筛选有476篇文献符合要求，平均发表文献47.6篇/年，其中核心期刊144篇，占总文献量的30.25%；基金资助率为7.98%。结论：国内对于中药外用治疗阴道炎的研究关注度在逐步增加，多倾向于临床应用研究，而且基金支持率较低，中医药治疗阴道炎的研究尚具有较大挖掘潜力。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide theoretic reference for subsequent herb-related study through analyzing current situation of herbal external therapy for vaginitis using bibliometric method. Methods: “Vaginitis”, “herbs”, “leukorrheal diseases”, “herbal fumigation” and “TCM therapy” were selected as the keywords, Chinese and English expandaed search was performed in CNKI. Time span: from 2006 to 2016. Results: All 476 papers met the requirement via screening, an average of 47.6 articles were published each year, 144 papers published in core journals and they held 30.25% of total article volume, the fund funding rate of all the articles was only 7.98%. Conclusion: Researches on herbal external therapy for vaginitis at homeare increasing gradually, mostly inclining to clinical application research, while fund funding rate is lower, the application of TCM in the treatment for vaginitis shows greater potential.
