摘要:
目的：观察半夏泻心汤加减结合“温通针法”治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：将功能性消化不良患者100例运用随机方法分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组选中脘穴行温通针法，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合半夏泻心汤加减治疗。两组均每天治疗1次，10次为1个疗程，疗程间隔2天，3个疗程后观察患者症状评分改善情况和临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后上腹烧灼感、餐后饱胀不适、上腹疼痛评分与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且治疗后治疗组症状评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；总有效率治疗组为98.0%(49/50)，优于对照组的82.0%(41/50)( χ2=15.914，P＜0.01)。结论：半夏泻心汤结合“温通针法”治疗功能性消化不良，临床疗效优于单纯“温通针法”。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Xiexin Tang and "warming-promotion acupuncture" in the treatment for functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods: All 100 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group using randomized method, 50 cases each group. The control group performed "warming-promotion acupuncture" at Zhongwan (RN12), and the treatment group took modified Banxia Xiexin Tang based on the therapy the control group accepted. Both groups were treated for once, ten times were one course, the interval was two days, to observe the improvements of symptoms scores and clinical effects after three courses. Results: The difference had statistical meaning when the scores of burning sensation in the upper abdomen, postprandial fullness and discomfort and upper abdominal pain after treating were compared with these before treating(P＜0.05), and after treating, symptom scores of the treatment group were compared with these of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.01); total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.0%(49/50), superior to 82.0%(41/50) of the control group( χ2=15.914, P＜0.01). Conclusion: Modified Banxia Xiexin Tang and "warming-promotion acupuncture" in the treatment for FD are superior to these of only "warming-promotionacupuncture".
