摘要:
目的：应用中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库，进行文献挖掘，分析火针治疗下肢静脉曲张的文献特征。方法：从CNKI检索关键词“火针”“下肢静脉曲张”，纳入符合标准的文献29篇，从发表时间、发表类型、研究机构及作者、火针方式、研究类型等多方面进行文献特征分析。结果：自2010年起，火针治疗下肢静脉曲张的文献数量有所增长，平均每年有3篇文献，其中学术期刊发表23篇，占79.3%；硕士学位论文和会议论文各3篇，各占10.3%。研究最多的单位是昆明市中医院、四川省第二中医院、河南中医药大学第三附属医院，每个单位各2篇各占6.9%，其他单位各1篇。火针治疗下肢静脉曲张使用最多的方法是火针放血疗法,占37.9%，其次是火针单一使用，占27.6%。研究类型主要是临床研究。结论：火针治疗下肢静脉曲张的研究已有近20年的历史，虽然临床研究不是很多，但疗效显著，值得广大研究者进一步深入研究。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze literature characteristics of fire needle in the treatment for varicose vein lower extremities(VVLE) by using CNKI and performing literature mining. Methods: Key words "fire needle" and "VVLE" were searched from CNKI, 29 papers which met the inclusion standard were analyzed from the publishing time, publication types, research institutes, author, the ways of fire needles, research types and others. Results: Since 2010, the papers on fire needles in the treatment for VVLE increased, average three papers each year, among them, 23 papers were published in academic journals, and they occupied 79.3%; three papers master′s dissertation and conference papers, and they held 10.3% respectively. The units with the most researches were Kunming city TCM hospital, Sichuan Provincial the Second TCM hospital and the third hospital affiliated to Henan Univeristy of TCM, each unit each two papers and they held 6.9% respectively, and other unit each one paper. The methods used mostly were fire needle blood-letting therapy, and it held 37.9%, the next was single use of fire needle, and 27.6%. research types were clinical study mainly. Conclusion: Fire needle in the treatment for VVLE has already been studied for nearly 20 years, clinical studies are fewer but its effects are notable, and it deserves to be further studied.
