摘要:
目的：观察百合固金汤联合莫西沙星对多重耐药肺结核病患者T细胞亚群、病灶吸收和空洞闭合的影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。两组均给予常规西医抗结核方案治疗，观察组同时服用百合固金汤，每日1剂，早晚分服。两组均连续治疗6个月。观察两组T细胞亚群水平变化，病灶吸收和空洞闭合情况。结果：CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗6个月后，两组均明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。病灶吸收总有效率和空洞闭合总有效率观察组分别为93.3%（56/60）、76.7%（46/60），对照组分别为73.3%（44/60）、68.3%（41/60），两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：百合固金汤联合莫西沙星治疗多重耐药肺结核病疗效切确，且能有效提高患者的细胞免疫功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of Baihe Gujin Tang and moxifloxacin on T lymphocyte subsets, foci absorption and cavity closure in the patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis (TB). Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group. Both groups accepted 3DEZTM/9DZTM anti-TB program, the observation group took Baihe Gujin Tang, one dose each day, taking in the morning and evening respectively. Both groups were treated for six months consecutively. To observe the changes of T lymphocyte subsets level, foci absorption and cavity closure between both groups. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); they rose in both groups notably six months after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of foci absorption and cavity closure in the observation group were 93.3% (56/60) and 76.7% (46/60), higher than 73.3% (44/60) and 68.3% (41/60) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Baihe Gujin Tang and moxifloxacin could obtain definite effects in the treatment for multidrug resistant TB, and it could effectively lift cellular immunity of the patients.
