摘要:
目的：探讨中药热奄包联合情志护理对奥沙利铂化疗患者外周神经毒性反应的影响。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组，每组30例。对照组化疗前给予常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上加用中药热奄包联合情志护理，每次化疗两组均护理5天，连续化疗6个疗程后比较两组外周神经毒性反应情况，化疗前后血常规指标及生活质量评分变化情况。结果：化疗6个疗程后外周神经毒性反应发生率观察组为66.67%（20/30），对照组为90.00%（27/30），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。血小板计数（platelets，PLT）、白细胞计数（white blood cell，WBC）、血红蛋白（hemoglobin，Hb）水平及生活质量评分两组化疗后均低于化疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组化疗后高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药热奄包联合情志护理有助于减轻奥沙利铂化疗患者外周神经毒性反应，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of herbal fomentation bag combined with emotional care on peripheral neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin chemotherapy patients. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional nursing measures before chemotherapy, and the observation group herbal fomentation bag combined with emotional care based on conventional nursing measures, both groups were nursed for five days each chemotherapy after six courses of chemotherapy, to compare the conditions of peripheral neurotoxicity, blood routine indexes before and after chemotherapy and the scores of quality of life between both groups. Results: After chemotherapy, the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity of the observation group was 66.67%(20/30), lower than 90.00% (27/30) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The levels of PLT, WBC, Hb and the scores of quality of life in both groups after chemotherapy were lower than these before chemotherapy, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group after chemotherapy, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal fomentation bag combined with emotional care could help relieve peripheral neurotoxicity and raise quality of life of oxaliplatin chemotherapy patients.
