摘要:
自2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）发生以来，已经蔓延至全国各地，其具有传染性、致病性、隐匿性的特点，严重威胁着人们的生命安全及日常生活。新冠肺炎诊疗方案自第三版（试行版）开始将新冠肺炎纳入中医“疫病”范畴。作为甘肃省中医药防治新冠肺炎专家组成员，本人通过对3例确诊新冠肺炎病例的诊治，认为甘肃省新冠肺炎的病机仍然以湿邪为主，热郁明显且易化热，病变部位在肺脾，诊治时强调分期分型论治，以“祛湿”为主线，贯穿始终，同时突出舌诊的重要性。
Abstract:
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in December of 2019, it has spread all over the country, and it has seriously threatened people’s life security and daily life because its infectious, pathogenic and occult features. COVID-19 has been included in the category of TCM“epidemic disease” in the third edition of guidelines on COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment (trial version). As the member of Gansu provincial expert group for TCM prevention and treatment of COVID-19, through diagnosing and treating three cases of confirmed COVID-19, the author thinks that the pathogenesis of COVID-19 is damp mainly, heat stagnating obviously and transforming into heat easily, located in lung and spleen, she adopts phased therapy by taking“eliminating damp” as the main clue throughout the whole course, simultaneously, she emphases tougne diagnosis in the diagnosis and treatment.
