摘要:
目的：比较肺俞配迎香穴位注射与肌肉注射曲安奈德治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将变态反应性鼻炎患者86例随机分为穴位注射组及对照组各43例，穴位注射组在肺俞及迎香穴注射曲安奈德，对照组臀大肌肌肉注射曲安奈德，15天治疗1次，3次为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：穴位注射组总有效率为100.0%(43/43)，对照组为86.0%(37/43)，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：穴位注射曲安奈德治疗变态反应性鼻炎疗效优于肌肉注射治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare clinical effects of acupoint injection at Feishu (BL13) and Yingxiang (LI20) verus muscular injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of anaphylactic rhinitis. Methods: All 86 patients were randomly allocated to acupoint injection group and the control group, 43 cases each group, acupoint injection group adopted acupoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide at Feishu (BL13) and Yingxiang (LI20) , and the control group muscular injection of triamcinolone acetonide into gluteus maximus, once each 15 days, three times were one course, to observe clinical effects of the two groups after one course. Results: Total effective rate of acupoint injection group was 100%(43/43), higher than 86.0%(37/43) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide is superior to muscular injection in the treatment of anaphylactic rhinitis.
