摘要:
归类分析张仲景《金匮要略》中有关湿病本证以及类证的病因病机、辨证论治、理法方药，指出湿病外湿和内湿分别应用微汗法和利小便法治疗；湿病寒湿表实证使用麻黄加术汤，湿病风湿表虚证使用防己黄芪汤；湿热谷疸使用茵陈蒿汤；风湿历节使用桂枝芍药知母汤；浸淫疮使用黄连粉等，临证可根据不同的病因病机，综合各种治法，灵活应用。
Abstract:
By classifying and analyzing the cause, the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, principle, method, prescription and medicines of damp disease and the similar syndrome in Jingui Yaolue, it is pointed out that external and internal damp of damp disease could be treated by slight sweating method and diuresis respectively; treating damp disease of cold damp and exterior excess syndrome by Mahuang Jiazhu decoction, damp disease of wind damp and exterior deficiency syndrome by Fangji Huangqi decoction, dietary jaundice of damp heat by Yinchenhao decoction, arthralgia by Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction, universal eczema by Huanglian powder and others, classified analysis could help us understand systematically Zhang Zhongjing′s therapeutic thinking to damp disease, grasp his essence of treating damp disease, thus to generalize and use all kinds of therapeutic methods flexibly according to different causes and pathogenesis.
