摘要:
梳理近10年中药单体和复方对肝癌细胞中NF-κB相关信号通路作用机制的研究报道，指出目前无论中药单体以及复方对肝癌NF-κB相关通路作用机制的研究均只针对癌株细胞，对于实体移植瘤或人体内的癌组织中的癌旁组织研究甚少，实验证据并不充分，难以解释NF-κB通路在癌旁组织中激活的矛盾性；中药针对肝癌炎-癌转化过程的作用机制也尚未阐明。
Abstract:
By surveying the researches into the mechanism of TCM monomer and compound in inhibiting the proliferation of hepatoma cells through NF-κB related signaling pathway in the recent ten years, it was pointed out that current study on the mechanism of TCM monomer and compound acting on NF-κB related signaling pathway only focused on cancer cell line, there was little research on solid xenograft tumor or paracancerous tissue in cancer tissue in human body, insufficient experimental evidence, it’s hard to explain the contradiction of NF-κB related signaling pathway activation in paracancerous tissue; the mechanism of TCM working on inflammation-cells transformation of hepatoma has not been clarified.
