摘要:
从经方治疗肠易激综合征的临床和实验研究入手探讨肠易激综合征的经方治疗现状，经方葛根芩连汤、乌梅丸、麻子仁丸、四逆散、芍药甘草汤、半夏泻心汤等多用于肠易激综合征的治疗；实验研究主要集中于四逆散、芍药甘草汤、理中汤等方药；今后应大力发展应用经方治疗肠易激综合征的研究，从而拓宽经方和肠易激综合征的研究范畴。
Abstract:
Current state of treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by classic prescription was discussed from clinical and experimental studies, classic prescriptions including Gegen Qinlian Tang, Wumei pills, Maziren pills, Sini powder, Shaoyao Gancao Tang, Banxia Xiexin Tang and others were mostly used in the treatment of IBS; experimental study mainly focused on Sini powder, Shaoyao Gancao Tang, Lizhong Tang and others; the study on treating IBS by classic prescription should be developed vigorously in the future, thus to broaden the research broaden of classic prescription and IBS.
