摘要:
目的探讨清心滋肾汤联合穴位贴敷对围绝经期非器质性失眠患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）、Kupperman症状积分及性激素3项包括雌二醇（estradiol，E2）、卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH）、黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone,LH）的影响。 方法将心肾不交型围绝经期非器质性失眠患者90例随机分为中药组（清心滋肾方加减）、穴位贴敷组、综合疗法组（清心滋肾方加减配合穴位贴敷）。观察3组患者PSQI评分、Kupperman症状积分及性激素3项（E2、FSH、LH）变化情况、临床疗效。 结果1）PSQI评分：综合疗法组较中药组及穴位贴敷组下降（P＜0.05）；2）Kupperman症状积分：中药组及综合疗法组与穴位贴敷组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），中药组与综合疗法组之间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；3）性激素水平：中药组及综合疗法组FSH、LH水平较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），E2无明显变化（P＞0.05）；穴位贴敷组FSH、LH、E2水平均无明显变化（P＞0.05）；4）综合疗法组临床疗效高于中药组及穴位贴敷组（P＜0.05）。 结论清心滋肾汤加减联合穴位贴敷能缓解围绝经期非器质性失眠患者临床症状，改善睡眠质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction and acupoint application on PSQI scores, Kupperman scores and the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the patients with perimenopausal non organic insomnia. MethodsAll 90 patients were randomized into herbal group (modified heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction), acupoint application group and comprehensive therapy group (modified heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction combined with acupoint application). To observe PSQI scores, Kupperman symptom scores and the levels of sex hormone (FSH, LH and E2) and clinical effects of three groups. Results1)PSQI scores: comprehensive therapy group was lower than herbal group and acupoint application group (P<0.05); 2)Kupperman symptom scores: when herbal group and comprehensive therapy group were compared with acupoint application group, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), while herbal group was compared with comprehensive therapy group (P>0.05); 3) the level of sex hormone: the levels of FSH and LH were lower in herbal group and comprehensive therapy group than before treating (P<0.05). E2 showed no obvious change , the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05); the levels of FSH, LH and E2 had no obvious changes in acupoint application group (P>0.05); 4)Clinical effects of comprehensive therapy group were higher than these of herbal group and acupoint application group (P<0.05). ConclusionModified heart-clearing kidney-nourishing decoction and acupoint application could relieve clinical symptoms and improve sleeping quality.
