摘要:
从中医角度分析多囊卵巢综合征的病因、病机，认为该病以禀赋不足、损耗精气，思虑劳倦、饮食失度，情志不畅为病因，患者大多以肾虚为本，兼有胞宫藏泻失常，天癸失序，冲任失调，且以气阴两虚为主证。临床治疗时宜以益气养阴法进行调治，并举验案予以说明。
Abstract:
The etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were analyzed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. It was considered that the causes of PCOS were insufficient endowment, loss of vital essence, weakness due to overthinking, irregular diet and emotional distress, original cause of the patients is kidney deficiency mostly, uterus abnormal and discharging, disorder of Tiangui, imbalance of Chong and Ren, Qi and Yin deficiency pattern as the main one. In clinical treatment, the method of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin can be used to regulate and treat the disease, and the proven cases are listed for the illustration.
