目的观察藏药普尔那提取物对海拉细胞(hela cell)的增殖作用。 方法采用MTT比色法,测定不同质量浓度普尔那根和叶的石油醚萃取部位根部(GP)和叶部(YP)、根茎和叶的乙酸乙酯提取物根部(GE)和叶部(YE)对体外培养人宫颈癌细胞hela细胞增殖作用。 结果GP、YE部位随浓度增加,其对细胞增殖具有一定的抑制作用,GE、YP部位随着浓度的增加,其对细胞增殖的抑制作用降低。125 μg/mL的低质量浓度YP部位的抑制作用最强,抑制率为(65.0±0.30)%。 结论普尔那提取物对hela细胞增殖具有一定的抑制作用,其不同部位提取物表现出的抑制规律显著不同。

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Tibetan medicine Puerna (Artemisia vestitaWall. ex Bess.) on the proliferation of Hela cells. MethodsMTT colorimetric assay was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of petroleum ether extract from roots (GP) and leaves (YP), ethyl acetate extract of rhizome (GE) and leaf (YE) on the proliferation of human cervical cancer cells hela cells cultured in vitro. ResultsGP and YE parts possess certain inhibitory effects on cellular proliferation as the concentrations increased, while the inhibitory effects lowered on cellular proliferation as the concentrations raised. The inhibitory effects of 125μg/ mL, low concentrations of YP were the strongest, the inhibitory rate was (65.0±0.30)%. ConclusionPuerna extract owns certain inhibitory effects on the proliferation of hela cells, and the inhibitory laws showed by the extracts from different parts are prominently different.
