摘要:
目的探究持续性被动康复训练联合中药离子导入对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及满意度的影响。 方法选取脑卒中偏瘫患者86例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，每组43例。对照组采用中药离子导入治疗，观察组在此基础上联合持续性被动康复训练。比较两组干预前后Ashworth痉挛量表（modified Ashworth scale，MAS）评级、日常生活活动能力（Activity of daily living scale，ADL）评分、Hoffer步行能力分级表（Hoffer walking ability rating scale）评分、Brunnstrom分期（Brunnstrom staging of hemiplegia），比较两组干预后的护理满意度。 结果干预后，观察组MAS评级、Hoffer步行能力分期、Brunnstrom分期、ADL评分、护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论持续性被动康复训练联合中药离子导入能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肌痉挛，恢复患者运动功能，改善步行情况，提高患者日常生活能力，护理满意度高。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of continuous passive rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on limb function and satisfaction in stroke patients with hemiplegia. MethodsAll 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group accepted traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis, and the observation group were given continous passive rehabilitation training. To compare MAS, ADL, Hoffer walking ability rating scale and Brunnstrom staging of hemiplegia before and after the intervention, to compare nursing satisfaction between both groups after the intervention. ResultsAfter the intervention, the observation group was superior to the control group in MAS, Hoffer walking ability rating scale, Brunnstrom staging of hemiplegia, ADL scores and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). ConclusionContinuous passive rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis could effectively alleviate muscle spasm in stroke patients with hemiplegia, restore motor function, improve walking and raise ADL with high nursing satisfaction degrees.
