摘要:
目的基于中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件分析治疗口腔扁平苔藓的方剂组方用药规律。 方法筛选CNKI、VIP、万方数据库中近5年治疗口腔扁平苔藓的方剂，通过中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件构建方剂数据库，利用该软件集成的关联规则及熵聚类等数据挖掘算法，进行用药频次、药物性味归经、常用药对分析，挖掘得到潜在药对和新方。 结果共收集治疗口腔扁平苔藓方剂146首，涉及中药229味，药物出现频次前15位的中药体现了湿、热（火）、瘀、毒互结的病机特点；药性以寒性为主，药味多偏甘苦；主要归脾、胃、肝经，其次在心、肾经。挖掘得到常用药对36个，潜在药对及新方21个。 结论近5年CNKI、VIP、万方数据库中收录的治疗口腔扁平苔藓方剂以清热滋阴、行气化瘀、利湿解毒、疏肝解郁、补气养血为主。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the medication rules of the prescriptions for oral lichen planus(OLP) based on TCMISS（V2.5). MethodsThe prescriptions of treating OLP were searched from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases in the recent five years, the database of prescriptions was established using TCMISS（V2.5), by using the data mining algorithms such as association rules and entropy clustering integrated by the software, medication frequency, the nature, flavor and entering meridians of the drugs and common drug pairs were analyzed to obtain the potential drug pairs and new prescription. ResultsAll 146 prescriptions for OLP were collected, involving 229 drugs, the top 15 drugs show the pathogenesis characteristics of dampness, heat (fire), blood stasis and toxin, The medicine is mainly cold in nature, and its taste is sweet and bitter; The entering meridian is spleen, stomach and liver, followed by heart and kidney. 36 commonly-used drug pairs, 21 potential drug pairs and new prescriptions were obtained. ConclusionThe prescriptions for OLP collected in CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases in the recent five years mainly clear heat and nourish Yin, promote Qi and remove blood stasis, eliminate dampness and toxin, sooth liver and relieve depression, tonify Qi and nourish blood.
