摘要:
从经络腧穴角度探讨针灸治疗慢性盆腔痛（chronic pelvic pain，CPP）的理论基础，指出针灸治疗该病主要以脏腑经络辨证为基础，以经络理论为指导，通过针刺腧穴起到平衡阴阳、调理脏腑、疏通经络的作用，可改善小腹、盆腔、腰骶部局部血供及循环，缓解或消除疼痛；而且临床研究文献报道针灸或针灸结合其他疗法治疗CPP疗效确切、安全性高、可操作性强，与手术及药物治疗相比有一定优势。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the theoretical basis of acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic pain (CPP) from the perspective of meridians and acupoints, and points out that acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic pain is mainly based on syndrome differentiation of viscera and meridians, under the guidance of the theory of meridians and collaterals, acupuncture can balance Yin and Yang, regulate viscera and dredge meridians, improve local blood supply and circulation of lower abdomen, pelvic cavity and lumbosacral region, relieve or eliminate pain; moreover, clinical research literature reported that acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies in the treatment of CPP has definie curative effects, high safety and strong operability, and it has certain advantages compared with surgery and drug treatment.
