摘要:
目的研究水胶体敷料敷贴在新生儿无创呼吸机中保护鼻中隔的应用价值。 方法选取接受无创呼吸机治疗的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（neonatal respiratory distress syndrome，NRDS）患儿86例，利用简单随机抽样法分为观察组与对照组，每组43例。对照组无创呼吸机治疗期间采用常规鼻塞固定法，观察组在对照组基础上在鼻部敷贴水胶体敷料。比较两组护理效果。 结果观察组无创通气时间、住院时间显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后动脉血氧饱和度（arterial oxygen saturation，SaO2）、动脉血氧分压（arterial partial pressure of oxygen，Pa02）、酸碱度（power of hydrogen，pH）均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），动脉血二氧化碳分压（partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery，PaCO2）显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组住院期间鼻部并发症发生率［4.65%（2/43）］显著低于对照组［27.91%（12/43）］（P＜0.05），治疗依从性优良率［97.67%（42/43）］显著高于对照组［86.05%（37/43）］（P＜0.05）。 结论水胶体敷料敷贴在NRDS患儿无创呼吸机鼻中的应用，可有效减少鼻部并发症的发生。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the value of hydrocolloid dressing application in the protection and nursing of nasal septum in neonates undergoing the treatment of noninvasive ventilator. MethodsAll 86 neonates suffering NRDS who accepted the treatment of noninvasive ventilator were chosen, and allocated to the observation group and the control group using simple random sampling, 43 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nasal plug fixation during the treatment of noninvasive ventilator, and the observation group accepted nasal application of hydrocolloid dressing based on the therapy the control group received. To compare nursing effects between both groups. ResultsThe observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of noninvasive ventilation and hospital stay (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in SaO2, PaO2 and pH notably after treating (P<0.05), lower than the control group in PaCO2 remarkably (P<0.05); the incidence of nasal complications of the observation group during the period of hospital stay was 4.65% (2/43), notably lower than 27.91% (12/43) of the control group (P<0.05), the excellent rate of therapeutic compliance of the observation group was 97.06% (42/43), higher than 82.05% (37/43) of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionHydrocolloid dressing application in the protection and nursing of nasal septum in neonates undergoing the treatment of noninvasive ventilator could effectively reduce the incidence of nasal complications.
