摘要:
系统分析药食两用物质中存在的安全性问题，指出药食两用物质在人群中应用普遍，其中存在多种对人体有害的外源性污染物，如农药残留、重金属污染、有毒微生物、亚硫酸盐等；目前国内外对药食两用物质的安全性研究较少，民众中也存在乱用滥用问题，管理制度有待进一步完善；并据此提出研究构想，为指导民众正确选择和利用药食两用物质提供参考和依据，也对药食两用物质的发展具有重要意义。
Abstract:
By analyzing the safety problems existed in medicinal and edible substances systematically, these substances are widely used in the population, and there are many exogenous pollutants harmful to the human body, such as pesticide residues, heavy metal pollution, toxic microorganisms, and sulfites, etc. Currently, there are few studies on the safety of edible and medicinal substances at home and abroad, the problems of misuse and abuse exist among the people, and the management system needs to be further improved. Research conception is raised according to the problems, it could provide the reference and basis for guiding people to correctly select and use the substances, and is of great significance to the development of dual-use substances for medicine and food.
