摘要:
目的探讨壮医经筋疗法对视频终端（visual display terminal，VDT）视疲劳患者睫状前动脉（anterior ciliary artery，ACA）血流动力学的影响。 方法纳入符合标准的健康对照组120例，VDT视疲劳患者360例（低、中、高剂量暴露组，各120例）。采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测健康对照组和VDT视疲劳患者各剂量组血流动力学。对VDT视疲劳患者采用壮医经筋三联疗法，观察患者治疗前后症候积分及血流动力学改变情况，并进行疗效评价。 结果ACA血流动力学：治疗前与健康对照组比较，低、中、高剂量暴露组患者的收缩期峰值流速（peak systolic velocity，PSV）、舒张末期血流速度（end diastolic velocity，EDV）水平较低，阻力指数（resistance index，RI）水平较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与治疗前相比较，治疗后低、中、高剂量暴露组的PSV、EDV水平升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前后PSV、EDV、RI差值，低剂量暴露组高于中、高剂量暴露组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。症状积分：与治疗前比较，治疗后3组患者症状积分均降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与低剂量暴露组比较，中、高剂量暴露组的症状积分差较低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。总有效率低、中、高剂量暴露组分别为85%、73.33%、59.17%。 结论壮医经筋疗法可能通过调节/刺激眼周神经改善ACA血流灌注，从而改善视疲劳。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Zhuang medicine tendon therapy on hemodynamics of anterior ciliary artery (ACA) in patients with visual fatigue of visual display terminal (VDT). MethodsAll 120 cases of healthy control group and 360 cases of VDT visual fatigue (low, moderate and high dosages exposure groups, 120 cases in each group) met the inclusion criteria and were included. Hemodynamics of healthy control group and different dosages groups of VDT visual fatigue were measured using color Doppler ultrasound. The patients suffering visual fatigue of VDT used Zhuang medicine tendon triple therapy, to observe syndrome integrals and the changes of hemodynamics before and after treating, and assess clinical effects. ResultsHemodynamics of ACA: before treating, compared with healthy control group, the levels of PSV and EDV were lower in low, moderate and high dosages exposure groups, while the level of RI was higher, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); compared with before treating, the levels of PSV and EDV increased in low, moderate and high dosages exposure groups after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); D-values of PSV, EDV and RI before and after treating, low dosage exposure group was higher than moderate and high dosage exposure groups, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Syndrome integrals: Compared with before treating, syndrome integrals of three groups lowered after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); compared with low dosage exposure group, D-values of syndrome integrals in moderate and high dosage exposure groups were lower, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rates of low, moderate and high dosage exposure groups were 85%, 73.33% and 59.17% respectively. ConclusionZhuang medicine tendon therapy could improve visual fatigue possibly through regulating/stimulating periocular nerve, and improving blood perfusion of ACA.
