摘要:
基于中医“脾主肌肉”的理论探讨肌肉衰减与脾胃的关系，从中医对肌肉衰减症的认识，中医理论中脾胃和肌肉的关系，以及食疗体系下防治肌肉衰减症的思路3个方面，立足中医理论，强调通过调节脾胃功能，应用中医饮食疗养思路防治肌肉衰减症，探索基于中医食疗防治肌肉衰减症的应用思路。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the relationship between sarcopenia and the spleen and stomach based on the theory of "the spleen governs the muscles" in TCM, and discusses the understanding of sarcopenia in TCM, the relationship between the spleen and stomach and muscles in TCM, and the ideas of preventing and treating sarcopenia based on TCM theory, emphasizing the application of TCM diet therapy by regulating the function of the spleen and stomach, and exploring the ideas of preventing and treating sarcopenia based on TCM diet therapy.
