摘要:
从老年患者药物代谢特点、老年非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）患者化疗毒副作用及用药相关研究、中医学对老年晚期NSCLC患者化疗的认识及中医药提高老年NSCLC患者化疗耐受性的相关研究入手探讨年龄因素对NSCLC患者化疗耐受性的影响，指出随着年龄增长，老年人器官功能衰退，常合并多种基础疾病，化疗潜在的毒性危险可能增加，而中医药在支持患者顺利完成化疗疗程、增强疗效、减轻毒副反应、改善生活质量等方面的优势对提高老年NSCLC患者化疗耐受性具有重要临床意义。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the effects of age on chemotherapy tolerance in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) from the characteristics of drug metabolism in elderly patients, the study on toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and drug use in elderly patients with NSCLC, TCM understanding to the chemotherapy for the elderly suffering advanced NSCLC and the related studies on TCM improving chemotherapy tolerance in the elderly with NSCLC, it is pointed out that with the increase of age, the organ function of the elderly declines, often combined with a variety of basic diseases, and the potential toxicity risk of chemotherapy may increase. The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in supporting patients to successfully complete the course of chemotherapy, enhancing the curative effects, reducing toxic and side effects and improving the quality of life are of great clinical significance to improve the chemotherapy tolerance of elderly patients with NSCLC.
