摘要:
李盛华教授认为治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死（non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head，NONFH）应坚持中西医并重的原则，重视疾病的病因、病机、发展变化，提出该病的致病因素主要为痰、瘀、虚，并与现代医学中脂质代谢紊乱、骨内高压及骨质疏松等相关联，在此基础上与中医体质及基因多态性研究相结合对非创伤性股骨头进行阐述。
Abstract:
Professor Li Shenghua thinks that the treatment for NONFH should adhere to the principle of paying equal attention to traditional Chinese and Western medicine, stresses the development and the changes of the cause and pathogenesis of the disease, proposes that the pathogenic factors of the disease are mainly phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency, which are associated with lipid metabolism disorder, intraosseous hypertension and osteoporosis in modern medicine, on this basis, he creatively combines it with the study of TCM constitution and gene polymorphism.
