摘要:
目的探讨中药熏蒸疗法联合情志护理对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床效果及激素水平的影响。 方法选取90例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组给予中药熏蒸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上进行情志护理干预。观察两组临床疗效、激素水平、抑郁量表评分（self-rating depression scale，SDS）、焦虑量表评分（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、生活质量评分（quality of life，QOL）、免疫功能、中医证候总积分。 结果观察组总有效率为［71.1%（32/45）］明显高于对照组有效率［46.7%（21/45）］（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组促黄体生成素、促黄体生成素/血清促卵泡素比值、睾酮水平、SDS评分、SAS评分及中医证候评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），CD4+水平、CD4+/CD8+比值及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论中药熏蒸联合情志护理干预肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征可提高患者临床疗效，改善激素水平、免疫功能、负性情绪，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of herbal fumigation combined with emotional nursing interven-tion on obese PCOS patients and its influence on the levels of the hormone. MethodsNinety patients were chosen, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was fumigated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the observation group accepted emotional nursing intervention based on herbal fumigation. To observe clinical effects, the levels of hormones, SDS, SAS, QOL, immunological function and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 71.1% (32/45), notably higher than 46.7% (21/45) of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of LH, LH/FSH ratio and the levels of T, SDS scores, SAS scores and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05), the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and QOL scores were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionHerbal fumigation combined with emotional nursing could lift clinical effects, improve the levels of hormone, immunological function, negative emotion and quality of life in the intervention of obese PCOS patietns.
