摘要:
目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情下，门诊一级预检分诊管理体系的建立及其运行效果。 方法对某医院门诊三级预检分诊机制中一级预检分诊管理体系及运行实践进行总结、分析。 结果自门诊三级预检分诊机制启动以来，做为预检分诊第一道关口的一级预检分诊未发生漏筛、漏诊、漏报，未发生院内交叉感染病例。 结论建立门诊一级预检分诊管理体系并有效运行是及时发现新冠肺炎传染源、切断传播途径、保证医患安全、提高预检分诊质量的有效手段。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the establishment of outpatient primary pre-inspection and triage under COVID-19 and its operation effects. MethodsThe management system of primary pre-inspection and triage in the outpatient of a hospital and its operation practice were summarized and analyzed. ResultsSince the beginning of outpatient three-level pre-inspection and triage mechanism, no screening, diagnosis and report missed in primary pre-inspection and triage as the first pass, and no nosocomial cross infection cases happened. ConclusionThe founding of outpatient primary pre-inspection and triage management system and its effective operation are the effective measures of timely detection of COVID-19 infectious source, cutting off the route of transmission, guaranteeing the doctors′ and patients′ safety and improving the pre-inspection and triage.
