摘要:
目的以“中医体质”与“亚健康”为主题开展系统的文献计量分析与可视化分析，探索中医亚健康与体质领域近十年的发展现状、研究热点、前沿，为后续研究提供借鉴。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）数据库2011—2019年相关文献，进行文献计量学分析。应用CiteSpace软件对相关文献进行关键词共现分析、研究机构共现分析，并绘制相关可视化图谱。 结果共载入238篇文献，通过计量分析找到中医亚健康与体质领域研究的高产机构、具有代表性的研究团队及具有代表性的研究者。“亚健康”“中医体质”“亚健康状态”“体质”“治未病”是排名前5位的关键词。CiteSpace可视化分析结果表明“体质”是凸显强度最高的关键词。 结论图谱揭示了该领域的发展方向、研究热点，“健康状态”“证候”研究会是未来的重点研究方向。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the current state of the development, research hotspots and frontier in the field of TCM sub-health and constitutions in the recent ten years by performing bibliometric and visual analysis systematically on the subjects of "TCM constitutions" and "sub-health", in order to provide the reference for the future study. MethodsThe relevant literature between 2011 and 2019 were retrieved from CNKI, and analyzed by bibliometric analysis. CiteSpace software was applied to carry out keyword co-occurrence analysis, research institution co-occurrence analysis in relevant literature, and draw the relevant visual maps. ResultsAll 238 papers were included, high-yield institutions in the field of TCM sub-health and constitutions, representative research teams and representative researchers were found by quantitative analysis. "sub-health" "TCM constitution" "sub-healthy state" "the constitution" and "preventive treatment" are the keywords in the rank of top five. The results of CiteSpace visual analysis demonstrated that "the constitution" is the keywords of the highest intensity. ConclusionThe knowledge map reveals the developmental direction and research hotspot in the field, and the study on"healthy state" and "syndromes" would be the key research direction in the future.
