摘要:
目的观察聚焦超声联合参菊洗剂治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床疗效及相关因素分析。 方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2019年12月行聚焦超声联合参菊洗剂治疗的外阴上皮内非瘤样病变256例患者临床资料及疗效相关因素。 结果256例患者中治愈78例，治愈率为30.46%（78/256），总有效率为96.87%（248/256），复发率为28.22%（70/256）。疗效与患者年龄、病程、治疗次数有关（P＜0.05），与病理类型无明显相关性（P＞0.05）。年龄越大、病程越长治愈率越低，复发率越高；再次巩固治疗较单次治疗治愈率高，复发率低；术后偶有水泡、溃疡、疼痛等近期并发症，对症治疗后均痊愈，无远期并发症。 结论聚焦超声联合参菊洗剂对外阴上皮内非瘤样病变单次治疗有效，再次巩固治疗可提高治愈率，降低复发率；早诊断、早治疗可获得相对满意的疗效，且安全有效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of focused ultrasound and Shenju lotion in the treatment of non-neoplastic intraepithelial lesions of the vulva. MethodsClinical data of 256 patients suffering non-neoplastic intraepithelial lesions of the vulva treated by focused ultrasound and Shenju lotion from January, 2015 to December, 2019, and the relevant factors of clinical effects were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAmong 256 patients, 78 cases were cured and cure rate was 30.46% (78/256), total effective rate was 96.87% (248/256), and the recurrence rate was 28.22% (70/256). Clinical effect is correlated with the patients' age, the course of the disease and the number of the treatment (P<0.05), while it has no obvious correlation with the pathological patterns (P>0.05). The older the patients got, the longer the course was, the lower the cure rate was, and the higher the recurrence rate was; reconsolidation therapy presents high cure rate and low relapse rate compared with single treatment; the patients present the recent complications such as blister, ulcer and pain, occasionally after the operation, which could be cured after symptomatic treatment, and the patients showed no long-term complications. ConclusionFocused ultrasound and Shenju lotion is effective for single treatment of non-neoplastic intraepithelial lesions of the vulva, reconsolidation therapy could lift cure rate and decline the relapse rate; early diagnosis and early treatment could gain relatively satisfactory efficacy, which is safe and effective.
