摘要:
目的探究七厘散穴位贴敷联合足底热敷对老年髋部骨折术后患者深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis，DVT）的预防作用。 方法将98例老年髋部骨折术后患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各49例。对照组常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上实施七厘散穴位贴敷联合足底热敷。观察两组患者干预前后血液流变学指标D-二聚体（D-Dimer，D-D）、纤维蛋白原（fibrinogen，FIB）和术后DVT发生率。 结果干预后研究组患者D-D水平、FIB水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者全血低切、中切、高切黏度低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者DVT发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论在常规治疗的基础上实施七厘散穴位贴敷联合足底热敷能够降低老年髋部骨折患者术后机体凝血水平，预防发生DVT。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate preventive effects of acupoint application and foot hot compress of Qili San on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in senile patients with hip fracture. MethodsAll 98 senile patients were divided into the control group and the study group on the basis of random number table method. The control group adopted conventional therapy, and the study group received acupoint application and foot hot compress of Qili San on the foundation of conventional therapy. To observe the level of hemorheology indexes D-D and FIB, , as well as the incidence of DVT before and after the intervention in two groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, the levels of D-D and FIB of the study group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05); the study group was lower than the control group in low blood viscosity, moderate blood viscosity and high blood viscosity (P<0.05); the control group was higher than the study group in the incidence of DVT (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupoint application and foot hot compress of Qili San could lower coagulation levels of the body after the surgery and prevent the incidence of DVT in senile patients with hip fracture.
