摘要:
从“四时五脏阴阳”理论出发探讨老年性痴呆患者一年四季应当注意的事项，一年有四季，即春夏秋冬，对应人体五脏，每季又有其特点，老年性痴呆患者病程长，为进行性缓慢性发病，在不同季节变化中患者脏腑精气亦随着发生盛衰变化，应当依据一年四季季节节律变化调护起居、饮食、情志等，避免因调护失当而致老年性痴呆患者症状加重。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the matters that senile dementia patients should be noted during four seasons based on the theory of "four seasons, five viscera and Yin-Yang", there are four seasons within one year, including spring, summer, fall and winter, four seasons correspond to five viscera, and each season has its characteristics, the patients with senile dementia usually have a long course of disease, which is progressive and slow onset, the patients' visceral essences change with four seasons, the patients should pay attention to the care of daily life, diet and emotion during the four seasons of a year, avoiding the patients' symptom aggravating because of improper regulation.
